Enchanted Adventures Agents had the privilege to visit all 4 theme parks within the past 2 weeks. The parks may look different and the processes may have changed, but the magic is all around you.

We opted and strongly suggest online check-in. This was a task we completed a week prior to arrival. Upon landing at the Orlando International airport, we received a text message that our room was ready. The text message contained our building and room number. We proceed to Magical Express and were greeted by a cast member who directed us to our bus. We were reminded while in the airport and on the bus that our masks are to be worn at all times. Once we arrived at the resort, we were greeted by Bell Services and whisked away to our home for the week.

We woke up early excited to hit the parks. We arrived at the bus stop and noticed the social distancing set up. Once the bus arrives, the driver comes out and asks how many are in your party. Once the driver knows how many guests are in your party they will direct you to a seat with a number. The busses have plexiglass partitions and multiple seats are skipped for proper social distancing. With the park hours being staggered, the bus service is prompt and we never waited that long.
Once you arrive at the park, you will walk through a white tent where every member of your party will have their temperature checked. Once through the health screening you will proceed to security. They will ask you to take anything metal out of your bags and proceed through the metal detectors with your bags on.
Once through security we headed to the park entrance. We were greeted by a cast member wearing a mask and a face shield. Keeping with proper social distancing we are greeted and told to scan our magic band. You will no longer have to scan your finger print. Walking down Main Street USA you are greeted by the Incredi-Crew. You will see the Incredi-Crew around all the parks. They are there to make sure guests are wearing their masks and maintaining social distancing.

When we entered the retail shops, there will be a clearly marked entrance and exit for each shop. Once you are in the retail shop, you will notice the floor markings to assist with social distancing when you are ready to check out.

Once we were done on Main Street we proceeded to ride an attraction. Each attraction has a hand sanitizer station upon entering the queue and exiting the queue. The queue is clearly marked to maintain proper social distancing. Once you are ready to board the attraction, there is another hand sanitizing station. There are times of a brief shutdown for cleaning throughout the day.

When it came time for lunch, we opened our My Disney Experience app and clicked on order food. We selected our restaurant and time we wanted to eat. We then placed our order. Once you get to the location, you can press I am here process order. When your order is complete you are given a number to go get your food and head to a table. Tables are spaced out and there were plenty of cast members cleaning them immediately after a guest was finished.

The exciting part is Walt Disney World is open again and their cast members are busy building magic again for families. Your Enchanted Adventures Agents are here to guide you through all the exciting and new changes. Let us help you experience the magic!
