One of my favorite souvenirs from Walt Disney World, is the Disney Memory Maker. Even with as many times as we have gone, we still spend the money for it. Its one of the best ways to bring the magic home with you. With photos from the rides, to photo pass photographers catching those great family shots or the magical enhancements they add to some of the pictures, you can’t go wrong. Disney just released 10 new experiences that have recently launched or will soon launch.
Disney PhotoPass Video Memories
The newest addition to the Memory Maker family is the access to Disney PhotoPass video memories. Launched earlier this week, it’s a great way to create and share your video memories. You have the ability to create and customize Disney-themed video templates with stickers, music, and text. If you aren’t feeling very creative, you can let Disney do all the work for you. They will created an exciting video with the photos from your Disney PhotoPass Gallery.
Tiny World Magic Shots
Disney PhotoPass Photographers have already offered the Tiny World Magic Shots across the theme parks. The newest site launching this week is Magic Kingdom Park. You can find the 360-degree photo op next to Cinderella Castle during the daylight hours.
Indoor Photo Studio at Epcot
Disney PhotoPass Studios are already located at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Magic Kingdom Park, Disney and Springs. Now you can add Epcot to the list of places to visit for some epic photos. The Wandering Reindeer in the Norway pavilion is staffed by some of the best PhotoPass photographers and no reservations are required. The photos captured here are included, at no extra cost, with your Memory Maker.
Seasonal Backdrops in Disney Springs
Recently I was able to visit the PhotoPass Studio in Disney Springs and partake of some of their seasonal backdrops. There were two different backdrops with a variety to choose from and they were lots of fun. We got to fly with Peter Pan, run with Sugar Rush and even sit on a park bench.
Return to Dining Locations
Dining locations throughout Walt Disney World are known for their scrumptious food, but to add a little more to the experience photo ops have returned. Disney PhotoPass photographers can be found now at Chef Mickey’s, Cinderella’s Royal Table, and Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White. These are a great way to memorialize the dinner and have a little fun.
Attraction Photo and Video Onboard TRON
TRON Lightcycle opens on April 4th and as an added bonus, you will be able to relive your ride over and over. Automatically linking to your My Disney Experience account through one of two methods. Making sure your Bluetooth is on before riding or wear a MagicBand or MagicBand+ that’s linked to your account. TRON is just one of the latest Walt Disney World rides to video your experience and send it to your account.
Props Available
There are props available throughout different locations to enhance your Memory Maker experience. But starting April 4th, props will be available near TRON Lightcycle when it opens.
More Classic Magic Shots
PhotoPass photographers are currently offering more than 70 classic Magic Shots. With Disney characters and other themed effects, they add an extra unexpected fun to your photos. Disney is constantly updating their catalogue, the current selection and where they can be found can be seen HERE. Lately they have added Bruni, a large assortment for EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival and even a TRON Magic Shot (coming April 4th). Be sure to ask the PhotoPass photographer which Magic Shots they have available.
Fairytale Photos at Enchanted Tales with Belle
Enchanted Tales with Belle has finally reopened at Magic Kingdom Park with even more to it now. PhotoPass photographers are in Belle’s favorite room of the castle to help capture your memories. As you relive a tale as old as time, pose for a picture with Belle.
Transformations Photos at BBB at Magic Kingdom
While the Fairy Godmother’s apprentice is there to help with your magical makeover, PhotoPass photographers will wander and capture that special moment. They are great at being in the right place at the right time, so you can relive the magic over and over when you get home. Don’t forget to visit the Royal Portrait Salon at Sir Mickey’s and have a magical photoshoot.
Do you get the Memory Maker when you go? What’s been your favorite Magic Shot ? Don’t forget to have your favorite Enchanted Adventures Agent add it to your next Walt Disney World Vacation.
