Just returning from a recent solo trip to Disney World, I find myself in complete awe at what this trip turned out to be. Not only did I get to enjoy the magic of the Mouse, some new restaurants that I’ve never been to, but I had the utmost pleasure to hear live music. Yep, LIVE MUSIC! Coming from a state that is pretty much in a “lock down”, I don’t know if you can truly appreciate what a pleasure that is for me.

I was killing time before my dinner reservation (and drinking a cocktail) when I just happened upon Robert Keele and Jarrod George performing in the Waterview Park stage area (nestled between the Boathouse and Jock Lindsey’s Hanger Bar). I grabbed an empty seat (that was properly social distances) and just enjoyed the evening.
They played such a wide variety of music that it was sure to get everyone’s toes tapping. Johnny Cash, Hootie and the Blowfish, Bob Seger, Eagles, an original performance, and everything in between. Kids were dancing, heads were bopping, and gaggle of ladies were REALLY enjoying themselves off in the corner! It was the best thing ever and the energy was incredible. I had such a great time, I returned after my dinner reservation and was able to catch their final set.

I highly recommend you look into the Live Performance Scheduled at Disney Springs and check out the other performing areas such as House of Blues, Edison and Ragland Road Irish Pub.
