Universal has once again stepped up and created a better space for their guests, ALL their guests. Just announced they have opened up a new Quiet Room at the front of the park. This is to aid their guests with cognitive disabilities. The room will provide a safe, quiet, and especially important, a low stimulation space. It will be a great place to take a break from the noise and the crowds of the theme park.
The Guest Safety and Accessibility team worked closely alongside the Creative team to create this one of kind space. Equipped with rubber floor tiles, an activity wall panel, and two hiding tunnels to help alleviate sensory overload and regain a sense of calm.

The Quiet Room can be found at the front of the park, to the right of the Studio Audience Center and Lost and Found. Operating hours will match USF’s park hours. Guests can not reserve the room, however they will need to wait until the room is vacant to use and will be encouraged to adhere to a thirty (30) minute time limit.
